UMA VISÃO PARTICIPATIVA NA ABORDAGEM DAS DEMANDAS SOCIAIS NOS CURSOS JURÍDICOS COMO CONDIÇÃO ESSENCIAL DE CIDADANIA
Relaciona-se a temática do
enfrentamento das demandas sociais nos cursos
jurídicos em prol da formação de uma visão
política participativa como condição essencial
de cidadania. Evidencia-se que, por meio do
amplo referencial bibliográfico de fundamental
relevância e de conhecimento ímpar, tem-se o
intuito de haver demasiada contribuição para
a formação de uma estrutura consistente a
fim de engrandecer esta produção, sob a ótica
constitucional dos direitos sociais, humanos
e da implementação, gestão e efetivação de
políticas públicas. O presente artigo tem como
ponto de partida um aprofundamento literário
quanto às Teorias da dogmática e sociologia
jurídica e seu enfrentamento nos cursos
jurídicos, a fim de ser estudada a formação de
uma visão política participativa dos acadêmicos,
como condição essencial de cidadania. E,
a partir de então, ser observado o Direito e
as necessidades sociais que emergem da
coletividade no intuito de ampliar a visão política
quanto à efetivação de políticas públicas de
acordo com as necessidades sociais. Intentase
abordar quanto à magnitude das demandas
referentes ao desenvolvimento de uma ótica
crítica aos estudantes nos cursos jurídicos
diante da estruturação social e fomentar a
percepção da importância da educação no
sentido de não se perder de vista o contexto
humano nas relações jurídicas. Aplicou-se o
método de abordagem dedutivo e o método de
procedimento monográfico e comparativo.

Abstract:
Relates to the issue of confronting social demands in the legal courses
towards the formation of a participatory political vision as an essential condition of
citizenship. It is evident that through extensive bibliographic references, of fundamental
importance and odd knowledge, it has the purpose of contribute to formation a consistent
structure in order to enhance this production, under the constitutional perspective of
the social rights, human and implementation, management and execution of public
policies. This article has as a starting point a literary deepening about the Theories of
legal dogmatic and legal sociology and the approach in the legal courses, to be studied
the formation of a participatory political vision of academics, as an essential condition
of citizenship. And, from then, be observed the Law and the social needs that emerge
from the collectivity in order to enlarge the political vision about the effectiveness of
the public policies according to the social needs. Aim to approach about the demands
referring to development to an vision critical to students in the legal courses before
the social structure and foment the perception of the importance of education in order
not to lose sight the human context in the legal relations. Was applied the deductive
method approach and the method monographic and comparative procedure.
