Uma Revisão Sistemática Em Periódicos Brasileiros Sobre o Menor Infrator e Relações com a Felicidade.
O presente trabalho parte da hipótese de que a forma como a felicidade tem sido concebida na sociedade contemporânea pode estar provocando respostas sociais patológicas - dentre elas evidencia-se a delinquência juvenil. Questiona-se: o que pode ser feito ao menor infrator a fim de lhe oferecer alternativas para a construção de um projeto de vida em que questões como: ética, honestidade, relações humanas que valorizam o bem comum, o exercício da cidadania, dentre outros valores morais pautem suas vidas? O que a Psicologia tem publicado sobre menores infratores em artigos científicos? De natureza Quali-quantitativa, buscou-se conhecer o que a literatura especializada traz a respeito da relação entre felicidade e menores e, para tanto, realizou-se uma revisão sistemática e integrativa da literatura, utilizando-se o portal de periódicos CAPES e a base de dados BVS-Psi. Foram analisados artigos científicos publicados no idioma português, usando-se os descritores: “Menor AND Infrator”. Os artigos selecionados, foram lidos na íntegra a fim de incluir aqueles que fizessem menção à aspectos em torno da felicidade e o papel da psicologia quanto ao menor infrator. Ao total, foram analisados dez artigos que possuíam menções diretas ou indiretas quanto aos aspectos supracitados. Averiguou-se que pesquisas que envolvem a temática da felicidade e suas relações sobre o menor-infrator ainda são incipientes, inclusive na área psicológica, sendo oportuno a continuidade desta investigação em outras bases de dados, a fim de explorar a temática aqui abarcada e tecer problematizações que busquem novas possibilidades interventivas junto aos menores-infratores, de modo que seja viável a construção de um projeto de vida permeado por aspectos éticos.

Abstract:
The present academic work starts from the hypothesis how happiness has been conceived in contemporary society may be causing pathological social responses - among them, juvenile delinquency is evident. It is questioned: what can be done to the young offender in order to offer alternatives for the construction of a life project in which issues such as: ethics, honesty, human relations that value the common good, the exercise of citizenship, among others moral values guide their lives? What has Psychology published about juvenile offenders in scientific articles? Quali-quantitative in nature, we sought to know what the specialized literature brings about the relationship between happiness and kids/teenagers and infringement, for that, a systematic and integrative literature review was carried out, using the CAPES journals portal and the VHL-Psi database. Scientific articles published in Portuguese were analyzed using the descriptors: “Menor AND Infrator”. The selected articles were read in full in order to include those that mentioned aspects of happiness and the role of psychology regarding the young offender. In total, ten articles were analyzed that had direct or indirect mentions regarding the aforementioned aspects. It was found that research involving the theme of happiness and its relations with the young-offender are still incipient, including in the psychological area, and it is opportune to continue this investigation in other databases, in order to explore the theme covered and weave problematizations that seek new intervention possibilities with the young-offenders, so that the construction of a life project permeated by ethical aspects is feasible.
