UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA RECOMENDAÇÃO NUTRICIONAL COM E SEM MICROALGA CHLORELLA SP. EM PACIENTES APÓS TRATAMENTO DE CÂNCER
Os agrotóxicos podem conter substâncias químicas potencialmente danosas ao ambiente e aos seres vivos, em especial pessoas que trabalham diretamente com a manipulação de tais produtos. Um dos riscos é a carcinogênese e seu tratamento pode ser agressivo e de recuperação lenta. Após o tratamento do cancêr os pacientes devem atentar-se as recomendações nutricionais e assim restabelecer a saúde de todo o corpo. O objetivo geral do estudo foi, com base em revisão integrativa, verificar estratégias nutricionais com e sem uso de Chlorella sp. em pessoas que passaram por tratamento de câncer. Utilizou-se a metodologia de revisão integrativa, com os seguintes termos de busca (na base de dados EBSCOHost): Chlorella, metal; câncer; câncer, agrotóxicos, nutrição com aplicação de critérios de busca para “termo exato” com o conector “and”. Do total de trabalhos, 26 foram selecionados, sendo a maioria referentes a estudos quantitativos. Tais apresentaram relação, principalmente, de trabalhadores que manipulam agrotóxicos com câncer e em especial trabalhos científicos dos últimos dez anos. A inserção da biomassa de Clorella sp.foi apontada como rica em componentes nutracêuticos diversos por grama de biomassa, revelando-se numa estratégia nutricional relevante para pessoas que passaram por tratamento de câncer.

Abstract:
Pesticides may contain chemical substances that are potentially harmful to the environment and living beings, especially people who work directly with the handling of such products. One of the risks is carcinogenesis and its treatment can be aggressive, and recovery is slow. After cancer treatment, patients must adhere to nutritional recommendations and thus restore the entire body's health. The general objective of the study was, based on an integrative review, to verify healthy strategies with and without the use of Chlorella sp. in people who have undergone cancer treatment. The integrative review methodology was used, with the following search terms (in the EBSCOHost database): Chlorella, metal; cancer; cancer, pesticides, and nutrition with an application of search criteria for “exact term” with the “and” connector. Of the total number of works, twenty-six were selected, the majority referring to quantitative studies. These presented a relationship between workers who handle pesticides with cancer and in particular scientific works of the last ten years. The inclusion of Chlorella sp. biomass was identified as rich in diverse nutraceutical components per gram of biomass, proving to be a relevant nutritional strategy for people who have undergone cancer treatment.
