UMA RELEITURA DAS ÁREAS PESQUISADAS NO ESTÁGIO SUPERVISIONADO PELOS ESTUDANTES DO CURSO DE BACHARELADO EM SECRETARIADO EXECUTIVO DO IFMT.
O presente estudo teve por objetivo geral verificar as áreas pesquisadas no estágio supervisionado pelos estudantes, no período de 2017/2 a 2021/1, do curso de Bacharelado em Secretariado Executivo do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Mato Grosso – IFMT, campus Cuiabá/Octayde Jorge da Silva. Os objetivos específicos versaram em analisar se ocorreram alterações das áreas pesquisas do período de 2013/1 a 2017/1 em comparativo ao período de 2017/2 a 2021/1 e mensurar os professores que mais orientaram. A literatura utilizada para fundamentar esta pesquisa baseou-se, principalmente, em autores que abordam a temática de estágio supervisionado e autores da área do Secretariado Executivo. A metodologia utilizada foi a descritiva, baseando-se nas abordagens qualitativa e quantitativa, além da pesquisa documental para analisar as temáticas dos estágios supervisionados desenvolvidos no período de 2017/2 a 2021/1, totalizando 141 trabalhos. Também se utilizou da análise de conteúdos de Bardin para analisar os relatórios e da estatística descritiva. Para finalizar, conclui-se que nos anos de 2018, 2019 e 2020 houve um aumento significativo na produção de trabalhos voltados mais para o nível estratégico.

Abstract:
This study aimed to verify the areas researched in the supervised training by students, from 2017/2 to 2021/1, of the Bachelor's Degree in Executive Secretary of the Federal Instituto of Education, Science and Technology of Mato Grosso - IFMT. The specific objectives were to analyze whether there were changes in the research areas from 2013/1 to 2017/1 compared to the period from 2017/2 to 2021/1 and to measure the teachers who provided the most guidance. The literature used to support this research was based mainly on authors who the subject of supervised training and authors from the area of the Executive Secretariat. The methodology used was descriptive, based on qualitative and quantitative approaches, in addition to documentary research to analyze the themes of supervised training developed from 2017/2 to 2021/1, totalizing 141 works. The content analysis by Bardin also was used to analyze the reports and the descriptive statistics. Finally, it is concluded that in the years 2019 and 2020 there was a significant increase in the production of works aimed more at the strategic level.
