UMA REFLEXÃO SOBRE A PRÁTICA DOCENTE A PARTIR DAS VIVÊNCIAS NO COTIDIANO DA SALA DE AULA ATRAVÉS DO PIBID
Este trabalho tem como objetivo fazer uma reflexão voltada para a prática docente a partir das vivências no cotidiano da sala da aula através do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID), pela perspectiva das bolsistas, acadêmicas do curso de Licenciatura em Matemática do Instituto Federal de Educação e Tecnologia do Amazonas (IFAM). Trata-se de uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, na qual foi realizada uma reflexão que se desenvolveu por intermédio dos diários de campo utilizados pelas bolsistas, visto que este instrumento quando utilizado em um processo constante, pode contribuir para evidenciar as categorias emergentes do trabalho profissional, permitindo a realização de análises mais aprofundadas das situações vivenciadas em contextos específicos. Ao fazer a integração entre o IFAM e a Escola Estadual Ruy Araújo o programa possibilitou as licenciandas a refletir sobre como constituirão sua prática docente.

Abstract:
This work aims to make a reflection focused on teaching practice from the experiences in the classroom everyday through the Institutional Program of Teaching Initiation Scholarships (PIBID), from the perspective of the scholarship students, students of the Mathematics Degree course of the Federal Institute of Education and Technology of Amazonas (IFAM). It is a qualitative research, in which a reflection was carried out that was developed through the field journals used by the scholars, since this instrument, when used in a constant process, can contribute to highlight the emerging categories of professional work, allowing for more in-depth analyzes of situations experienced in specific contexts. By making the integration between IFAM and the Ruy Araújo State School, the program made it possible the undergraduate students to reflect on how they will constitute their teaching practice.
