UMA REFLEXÃO SEMÂNTICA SOBRE A CANÇÃO “PACIÊNCIA” DE LENINE E DUDU FALCÃO
Este artigo trata da representação
imagética intrínseca a uma determinada canção,
oriunda de sua figura textual, quase sempre
poética. O objetivo é chamar a atenção para a
construção simbólica que se dá na imaginação
do receptor. A abordagem metodológica parte
da leitura da obra de Lúcia Santaella: Matrizes
da linguagem e pensamento. Sonora, visual,
verbal: aplicações na hipermídia (2005) e das
obras de Luiz Tatit: Musicando a semiótica:
ensaios (1997) e Análise semiótica através
das letras (2001). O artigo submete a canção
a uma perspectiva originária de sua letra, e
da capacidade sensorial de alcançá-la. Como
base neste estudo foram feitas duas leituras
semânticas da música “Paciência” de Lenine
e Dudu Falcão. A primeira feita por Luiz Tatit
e uma segunda, elaborada por nós, como
procedimento de interpretação.

Abstract:
This article deals with the intrinsic
imagery representation of a particular song,
derived from it textual figure, almost always
poetic. The goal is to draw attention to the
symbolic construction that takes place in the
receiver’s imagination. The methodological
approach starts from the reading of Lúcia
Santaella’s work: Matrizes da linguagem e
pensamento. Sonora, visual, verbal: aplicações
na hipermídia (2005) and the works of Luiz Tatit:
Musicando a semiótica: ensaios (1997) and
Análise semiótica através das letras (2001).
The article submits the song to an original
perspective of its letter, and the sensorial
capacity to attain it. As a basis for this study,
two semantic readings of the song “Patience”
by Lenin and Dudu Falcão were made. The first
one made by Luiz Tatit and a second, elaborated
by us, as a procedure of interpretation.
