UMA REFLEXÃO EM TORNO DOS LIMITES DO CONHECIMENTO
Que é e como se produz o conhecimento? O que é a Teoria do Conhecimento ou Epistemologia? Qual é a sua aplicabilidade prática? Partindo dessas interrogações, busca-se apresentar neste artigo as diferentes concepções teóricas que ofereçam uma visão de conhecimento, de história, de homem e de mundo. Enquanto estudo do conhecimento, a epistemologia interessasse pelas seguintes questões: quais são as condições necessárias e suficientes do conhecimento? Quais são suas fontes? Qual é sua estrutura e quais são seus limites? Enquanto estudo da crença justificada, a epistemologia pretende responder questões como estas: como iremos entender o conceito de justificação? O que torna justificada uma crença? A justificação é interna ou externa à mente de alguém? Já num sentido mais amplo, a epistemologia trata de questões relacionadas com a criação e a disseminação do conhecimento em áreas particulares de investigação. Esse artigo proporcionará um panorama sistemático dos problemas que as questões colocadas acima geram e abordará, com alguma profundidade, questões relativas à estrutura e aos limites do conhecimento e da justificação.

Abstract:
What is knowledge and how is it produced? What is Theory of Knowledge or Epistemology? What is its practical applicability? Based on these questions, this article seeks to present the different theoretical conceptions that offer a vision of knowledge, history, man and the world. As a study of knowledge, epistemology is interested in the following questions: what are the necessary and sufficient conditions of knowledge? What are your sources? What is its structure and what are its limits? As a study of justified belief, epistemology aims to answer questions like these: How are we to understand the concept of justification? What makes a belief justified? Is justification internal or external to one's mind? In a broader sense, epistemology deals with issues related to the creation and dissemination of knowledge in particular areas of investigation. This article will provide a systematic overview of the problems that the questions posed above generate and will address, in some depth, issues related to the structure and limits of knowledge and justification.
