UMA PRÁTICA DE ESTUDO E APRENDIZAGEM COLABORATIVA: PROJETO ANJO
Neste trabalho é relatado um
projeto realizado com estudantes do cursos
da Educação Profissional Técnica de Nível
Médio integrado com a Educação Básica de
aprendizagem, no modelo colaborativo de
trabalho. Os discentes que participaram foram
selecionados para desempenharem o papel de
monitores e monitorados, que no projeto são
denominados respectivamente: “Anjo da Guarda”
e “Protegido”. O interesse pela temática surgiu
diante dos desafios constatados pelos docentes
do Campus, que ao final do bimestre letivo
verificam realidades extremas, um estudante
com notas excelentes e vários com dificuldades.
Deste quadro, implantou-se o projeto que
constitui na promoção do aluno excelente a
anjo da guarda, transformando assim o discente
que tem facilidade, em protetor do aluno com
dificuldades, motivando-o a ser semeador
de conhecimento e viabilizando caminhos ao
discente com dificuldades para desenvolver
seu próprio processo de aprendizado. O
método proposto para o desenvolvimento deste
trabalho consistiu, em consultas por disciplina,
bimestralmente, promovendo os alunos
com notas acima de sete pontos, a serem
instigadores de um dos seus colegas de classe
com notas inferiores a seis, ignorando sexo,
cor ou quaisquer demais fatores. Ao final do
bimestre, o discente protegido que obteve nota
igual ou superior a seis, gera como estímulo ao
estudante anjo um ponto extra em sua média
bimestral. Durante o desenvolvimento notou-se
uma maior colaboração entre os estudantes e
mais harmonia entre todos nas atividades de
ensino/aprendizagem desenvolvidas, onde o
próprio discente passou a agir numa postura de
sujeito ativo do seu processo de aprendizagem
ansiando pela participação no projeto.

Abstract:
In this work we report a project carried out with students of the courses of
Technical Professional Education of Middle Level integrated with the Basic Education
of learning, in the collaborative model of work. The students that participated were
selected to play the role of monitors and monitored, which in the project are called
respectively “Guardian Angel” and “Protected”. The interest in the subject arose in the
face of the challenges faced by the Campus teachers, who at the end of the school year
verified extreme realities, a student with excellent grades and several with difficulties.
From this framework, the project was implemented that constitutes in the promotion of
the excellent pupil the guardian angel, thus transforming the student who has facility,
in protector of the student with difficulties, motivating him to be a sow of knowledge
and viable ways to the student with difficulties to develop their own learning process.
The proposed method for the development of this work consisted, in consultations
by discipline, bimonthly, promoting students with scores above seven points, to be
instigators of one of their classmates with marks lower than six, ignoring sex, color
or any other factors. At the end of the two-month period, the protégé who obtained a
grade equal or superior to six, generates as stimulus to the angel student an extra point
in his bi-monthly average. During the course of development, greater collaboration
between the students and more harmony among all were found in the teaching / learning
activities developed, where the student started to act in an active subject posture of his
/ her learning process looking forward to participating in the project
