UMA NOVA ABORDAGEM AO COMBATE À VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA A MULHER
Existem vários tipos e formas de
violência contra as mulheres. No presente,
serão evidenciadas as representações da
violência doméstica passando pela discussão
de gênero, sexualidade. Analisar-se-á o
ciclo de violência doméstica contra a mulher,
verificando os partícipes diretos e indiretos,
em especial na atuação do Estado, através de
sua força policial militar, bem como as políticas
públicas e as ações afirmativas. A pesquisa visa
verificar a extensão do problema, das medidas
tomadas e, realizar ponderações, e verificar
a garantia dos direitos das mulheres vítimas
de violência doméstica. Objetiva-se, ainda,
fazer uma abordagem histórica do papel da
mulher e a sua exclusão, como uma das causa
da violência doméstica. Desta perspectiva,
pondera-se sobre o ciclo de vitimização e o
modelo procedimental elaborado e adotado pela
Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais, no atendimento
a ocorrências de violência doméstica e na sua
prevenção. A principal conclusão da pesquisa
é que é necessária uma modificação cultural
para se acabar com a violência doméstica,
para se chegar à uma evolução de que as
ações afirmativas sejam desnecessárias
para resguardarem as mulheres, sendo elas
respeitadas por todos por serem quem são,
com seus direitos garantidos e respeitados.
Como procedimento metodológico utilizou-se o
bibliográfico-investigativo.

Abstract:
There are various types and forms of violence against women. In the
present, the representations of domestic violence will be evidenced through the
discussion of gender, sexuality. The cycle of domestic violence against women will be
analyzed, verifying the direct and indirect participants, especially in the State’s activities,
through its military police force, as well as public policies and affirmative actions. The
aim of the research is to verify the extent of the problem, the measures taken and
the weighting, and verify the guarantee of the rights of women victims of domestic
violence. It is also intended to take a historical approach to the role of women and their
exclusion as a cause of domestic violence. From this perspective, we consider the
victimization cycle and the procedural model elaborated and adopted by the Military
Police of Minas Gerais, in the attendance to occurrences of domestic violence and its
prevention. The main conclusion of the research is that a cultural modification is needed
to end domestic violence, in order to achieve an evolution of affirmative actions that are
unnecessary to protect women, being respected by all for being who they are, with their
rights respected. As methodological procedure was usedbibliographical-investigative.
