UMA LEITURA DA VIRGINDADE FEMININA NO ORDENAMENTO JURÍDICO CÍVIL BRASILEIRO: A (RE)CONSTRUÇÃO DE UMA IDENTIDADE
Este trabalho tem como ponto de partida, para uma reflexão a respeito dos discursos em torno da virgindade feminina, os dispositivos legais previstos no Código Civil Brasileiro de 1916 e de 2002 e na Constituição Federal de 1988. Pretende-se, dessa forma, verificar como a virgindade é tratada nos textos que prescrevem o ordenamento jurídico e quais as repercussões de sua inclusão ou não no meio social. Para tanto, utilizar-se-á os conceitos de condições de produção, interdiscurso, sujeito e formação discursiva da Análise de Discurso, linha francesa.

Abstract:
This work has as starting point, for a reflection regarding the speeches around the feminine virginity, the legal devices in the Brazilian Civil Code of 1916 and 2002 and in the Federal Constitution of 1988. It is intended, through it; to verify how the virginity is treated in the texts that prescribe the legal system and which are the repercussions of its inclusion or not in the social environment. To do so, the concepts of production conditions, inter-discourse, discursive memory, subject and discursive formation from the Speech Analysis, French line, will be used..
