UMA INTERSECÇÃO ENTRE LEI MARIA DA PENHA E O CRIME DE STALKING
O presente trabalho visa realizar uma exposição jurídica do aperfeiçoamento feito pelo legislador no que se trata do crime de perseguição, em conjunto ao trato da violência contra a mulher. Busca-se demonstrar a importância desta continuidade legislativa, devido ao entrelaçamento da prática do crime de stalking com o ciclo da violência doméstica e a concessão das Medidas Protetivas de Urgência, com base em uma análise bibliográfica e jurisprudencial.

Abstract: This work aims to provide a legal exposition of the advances made by the legislator with regard to stalking, together with the treatment of violence against women. It is intended to demonstrate the importance of this legislative continuity, by intertwining the practice of the crime of stalking with the cycle of domestic violence and the granting of Emergency Protective Measures, based on bibliographic and jurisprudential analysis.
