UMA EXPERIÊNCIA DO ENSINO MÉDIO INTEGRADO À EDUCAÇÃO TÉCNICO PROFISSIONALIZANTE NA REDE PÚBLICA DO ESTADO DE SÃO PAULO
O presente trabalho tem por escopo apresentar resultados obtidos em dissertação de mestrado, cujo objeto de análise foi o ensino médio articulado à educação profissional, na modalidade integrada, implementado na rede pública estadual paulista, entre os anos 2012 e 2017, por meio de um acordo de cooperação firmado entre a Secretaria de Estado da Educação de São Paulo e o Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Estado de São Paulo, o qual tinha como meta a expansão das matriculas do ensino médio técnico profissionalizante e se apresentava como uma ação governamental capaz de superar o dualismo estrutural entre a educação profissional e a propedêutica, por meio de currículo integrado. Como objetivo geral buscou-se compreender o Ensino Médio integrado ofertado na parceria e objetivos específicos analisar a história do Ensino Médio no Brasil; compreender a trajetória do Ensino Médio profissionalizante no país; e compreender o Programa Rede no acordo de cooperação entre a SEE e o IFSP para a oferta do Ensino Médio integrado; e analisar uma parceria efetivada entre uma escola estadual no interior paulista e um Campus do IFSP do mesmo município. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, de objetivos descritivos, cujos procedimentos metodológicos trataram de pesquisa documental e bibliográfica, que envolveu o estudo e a análise de dados levantados em documentos relativos à criação, implementação e execução da parceria SEE-IFSP à luz de referências teóricas ligadas à temática do Ensino Médio e seus desdobramentos na história do país e do Estado de São Paulo.

Abstract:
This paper aims to present the results obtained in a master's thesis, whose object of analysis was the high school articulated to professional education, in the integrated modality, implemented in the state public network of São Paulo, between the years 2012 and 2017, through a cooperation agreement signed between the State Department of Education of São Paulo and the Federal Institute of Education, The goal of this agreement was to expand the number of students enrolled in professional technical high schools, and it was presented as a governmental action capable of overcoming the structural dualism between professional and propedeutic education, by means of an integrated curriculum. The general objective was to understand the integrated high school offered in the partnership and specific objectives were to analyze the history of high school in Brazil; understand the trajectory of vocational high school in the country; understand the Network Program in the cooperation agreement between SEE and IFSP to offer integrated high school; and analyze a partnership between a state school in the interior of São Paulo and an IFSP campus in the same city. This is a qualitative research with descriptive objectives, whose methodological procedures dealt with documentary and bibliographic research, which involved the study and analysis of data collected from documents relating to the creation, implementation and execution of the partnership SEE-IFSP in the light of theoretical references related to the theme of High School and its developments in the history of the country and the state of São Paulo.
