UMA ANÁLISE SOBRE A EVASÃO E PERMANÊNCIA DO ALUNO DA EDUCAÇÃO DE JOVENS E ADULTOS -EJA NA EMEF. “DOM CLEMENTE GEIGER” –ALTAMIRA/PÁ, (2011- 2021)
O trabalho intitulado “ Uma análise sobre a evasão e permanência do aluno da EJA na Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental “Dom Clemente Geiger” em Altamira -Pará, de 2011- 2021” é cômputo das inquietações que sobrevém na minha vida enquanto aluno, educador e gestor, atuando por mais de duas décadas na educação básica aonde boa parte foi nessa modalidade de ensino. Objetivo geral dessa pesquisa é: “esmiuçar as possíveis causas da evasão e permanência dos (as) alunos (as) da EJA matriculados na rede municipal de ensino em Altamira/Pará, na Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Dom Clemente Geiger, tendo como base de estudo os anos de 2011 a 2021”. Entendemos que se trata de uma investigação que tem como base a abordagem qualitativa, uma vez que ela não se preocupa simplesmente com as causas ou consequências de um fenômeno, mas com as descrições de suas características.

Abstract:
The work entitled "An analysis of the dropout and permanence of the EJA student at the Municipal School of Elementary Education "Dom Clemente Geiger" in Altamira-Pará, 2011-221" is a computation of the concerns that arise in my life as an educator and manager, basic education for more than two decades where a good part of this teaching modality. The general objective of this research is: “to analyze the possible causes of dropout and permanence of EJA students enrolled in the municipal school system in Altamira/Pará at the Dom Clemente Geiger Municipal Elementary School, based on the study the years 2011 to 2021”. We understand that this is an investigation as a qualitative approach, since it is not simply concerned with the causes or consequences of a phenomenon, but with a question of its characteristics.
