UMA ANÁLISE DO CRIME DE ESTUPRO DE VULNERÁVEL NA OBRA O ABRAÇO DE LYGIA BOJUNGA
O artigo tem como intuito de apresentar uma interpretação que recai sobre a linha de pesquisa Direito e Literatura. Por meio de seus textos a Literatura permite ao escritor expressar um novo olhar do mundo e consequentemente proporciona ao leitor mergulhar no universo das palavras interagindo, com o que foi escrito. Neste sentido, a obra O abraço, escrita por Lygia Bojunga, a qual aborda com maestria por meio da narrativa de sua personagem central Cristina, um crime que fora vítima quando criança, permite essa interpretação jurídica no âmbito penal. A estória observada sob a ótica penal traz elementos importantes como os crimes de estupro de vulnerável, estupro e até mesmo um possível homicídio. Ressalta-se ainda, que o aspecto emocional e os traumas resultantes deste ato criminoso também se mostram presentes, uma vez que, após ser violentada e sem saber o que estava acontecendo, a menina retorna para sua família, onde sua mãe no intuito de mascarar a dor opta por não mais falar no ocorrido, desencadeando em Cristina a denominada Síndrome de Estocolmo. Logo, busca-se demostrar o quanto a Literatura tem para contribuir ao Direito e como seus textos podem ser relevantes para novas reflexões jurídicas.

Abstract:
The article intends to present an interpretation that falls on the line of research Law and Literature. Through his texts Literature allows the writer to express a new look of the world and consequently allows the reader to immerse himself in the universe of words interacting with what was written. In this sense, the work The Embrace, written by Lygia Bojunga, which masterfully approaches through the narrative of its central character Cristina, a crime that had been a victim as a child, allows this juridical interpretation in the criminal sphere. The story observed from the criminal perspective brings important elements such as the crimes of rape of vulnerable, rape and even a possible homicide. It is also emphasized that the emotional aspect and traumas resulting from this criminal act are also present, since after being raped and not knowing what was happening, the girl returns to her family, where her mother in order to mask the pain chooses to stop talking about it, triggering in Cristina the so-called Stockholm Syndrome. Therefore, it seeks to demonstrate how much Literature has to contribute to the Law and how its texts may be relevant to new legal reflections.
