UMA ANÁLISE DAS RELAÇÕES SOCIAIS ENTRE O PÚBLICO LGBT COM A POLÍCIA MILITAR DO ESTADO DO CEARÁ EM LOCAIS HOMOAFETIVOS NA CAPITAL CEARENSE
A presente pesquisa tem como
objetivo fazer uma análise no tocante ao
cotidiano, as identidades e subjetividades do
público LGBT em ambientes homoafetivos na
cidade de Fortaleza-CE, pois, a mesma, vem
a contribuir com o fortalecimento de hábitos e
a construção de identidade pessoal e coletiva
desse grupo, objetivando o desenvolvimento de
investigações do contexto social o qual estão
inseridos, partindo dos processos subjetivos
e sociais que possibilitam o reconhecimento
dessas identidades no tocante a aspectos
de diversidade, singularidade e afirmações
histórico-culturais. Para se desenvolver esse
estudo iremos nos utilizar de uma pesquisa
bibliográfica em relação à temática, objeto de
estudo, isto é, o tratamento metodológico da
pesquisa consiste em ser de tipologia qualitativa
e de caráter exploratório. A pesquisa encontrase em andamento, mas é possível perceber a
partir de alguns estudos nos centros acadêmicos
e na mídia que é urgente a realização de
pesquisas voltadas para a temática no intuito
de proporcionarmos o desenvolvimento de
políticas públicas voltadas para o mesmo e
despertar nos gestores públicos do município
estudado o interesse em elaborar políticas
públicas voltadas para esse público, assim
como observar se essa relação entre público
LGBT e polícia militar influencia na construção
do sujeito homoafetivo.

Abstract:
The present research has as
objective to make an analysis regarding the daily
life, the identities and subjectivities of the LGBT
public in homoaffective environments in the city
of Fortaleza-CE, because, it, contributes to the
strengthening of habits and the construction of
personal identity and collective of this group,
aiming the development of investigations of the
social context that are inserted, starting from
the subjective and social processes that allow
the recognition of these identities in relation to
aspects of diversity, singularity and historicalcultural affirmations. In order to develop this
study we will use a bibliographical research in
relation to the subject, object of study, that is,
the methodological treatment of the research
consists of being of a qualitative and exploratory
type. The research is under way, but it is
possible to perceive from some studies in the
academic centers and in the media that it is
urgent to carry out research focused on the theme in order to provide the development
of public policies aimed at the same and to awaken in the public administrators of the
municipality studied the interest in developing public policies aimed at this public, as
well as to see if this relationship between LGBT public and military police influences the
construction of homoaffective subject.
