UMA ANÁLISE DAS INTERSECCIONALIDADES A PARTIR DAS MULHERES QUE MIGRAM INTERNAMENTE PARA TRABALHAR COMO DOMÉSTICAS
O artigo procura evidenciar o trabalho doméstico como manifestação das somas das desigualdades experienciadas por mulheres rurais que migram para as cidades em busca por trabalho e consideramos que as análises feitas favorecem o esclarecimento para tratar de um aspecto relevante do contexto rural-urbano brasileiro que se vincula à difícil realidade experienciada por centenas ou milhares de mulheres oriundas do campo. Através de uma abordagem qualitativa e por meio de um debate importante sobre trabalho/gênero, relacionado a uma pesquisa de campo. A técnica de pesquisa utilizada é a da observação participante fundada nas entrevistas em profundidade e no convívio com os informantes. Recorre-se à teoria da interseccionalidades, com vista a explicar os fatores que podem vulnerabilizar às mulheres-migrantes-domésticas no domínio das relações do trabalho. Verificam-se como as interseccionalidades das migrações rurais-urbanas de mulheres podem vislumbrar uma maior capacidade de agência (possibilidade de ação do sujeito) e contribuir como ferramenta analítica para a compreensão da articulação de múltiplas diferenças e desigualdades.

Abstract:
The article seeks to highlight domestic work as a manifestation of the sums of inequalities experienced by rural women who migrate to cities in search of work and we consider that the analyzes performed favor the clarification to deal with a relevant aspect of the Brazilian rural-urban context that is linked the difficult reality experienced by hundreds or thousands of women from the countryside. Through a qualitative approach and through an important debate on work / gender, related to field research. The research technique used is that of participant observation based on in-depth interviews and contact with informants. The theory of intersectionality is used, in order to explain the factors that may make women-migrants-domestic workers vulnerable in the field of labor relations. It is verified how the intersectionality of rural-urban migrations of women can envision a greater capacity for agency (possibility of action by the subject) and contribute as an analytical tool for understanding the articulation of multiple differences and inequalities.
