UMA ANÁLISE DAS BARREIRAS NA APLICAÇÃO DO LEAN HEALTHCARE EM UM CENTRO DE MATERIAIS E ESTERILIZAÇÃO – CME
O Lean Healthcare é uma visão da
filosofia Lean aplicada a área da saúde que
tem se tornado uma tendência no contexto
hospitalar devido aos resultados expressivos
na redução de desperdícios, na valorização do
cliente final e no aumento da produtividade. No
entanto na aplicação dos conceitos da produção
enxuta na área da saúde algumas barreiras que
não estão totalmente esclarecidas podem ser
encontradas podendo atrapalhar a qualidade
dos resultados no projeto de implementação.
Assim, está pesquisa buscou responder ao
seguinte questionamento: Quais as barreiras
encontradas na aplicação do Lean Healthcare
em um Centro de Materiais e Esterilização?
Entrevistas semiestruturadas foram realizadas
com os praticantes do assunto, juntamente
com observações desse time implementando
ações voltadas ao Lean foram realizadas para
o levantamento das barreiras. Os resultados
obtidos foram comparados com a literatura,
mostrando diferente níveis de similaridade e
contrapontos que podem ser atrelados aos
avanços da disseminação do Lean Healthcare.
Foram revelados que os fatores Falta de
atendimento do Lean e Abordagem inadequada
na introdução do Lean não são mais barreiras
consideradas fortes. Com esse estudo esperase
contribuir com futuras implementações,
fornecendo bases que possam aumentar as
chances de sucesso do Lean Healthcare.

Abstract:
The Lean Healthcare is a vision of
the Lean philosophy that has become a trend
in the hospital context due to significant results
in reducing waste, valuing the end customer
and increasing productivity. However, in the
application of the concepts of lean production in
the health area some barriers that are not fully
clarified can be found that can disrupt the quality
of the results in the implementation project. This
research sought to answer the following question:
What are the barriers found in the application of
Lean Healthcare in a Materials and Sterilization
Center? Semi-structured interviews were
carried out with the user of the subject, along
with observations of this team implementing
actions directed to the Lean were carried out to
remove the barriers. The results obtained were
compared with the literature, showing different
levels of similarity and counterpoints that can be
linked to the advances in the dissemination of
Lean Healthcare. It has been revealed that the
deficiency in Lean knowledge and Inadequate
Approach factors in the introduction of the Lean
are no longer considered strong barriers. With this study it is hoped to contribute with
future implementations, providing bases that can increase the chances of success
Lean Healthcare.
