O trabalho trata-se de uma reflexão teórica entre as particularidades do trabalho assalariado contemporâneo e as exigências da lógica privada que se impõe na educação, com ênfase no Serviço Social. Portanto, conclui-se que é essencial apreender as principais tendências que envolve a relação entre formação profissional e trabalho profissional.

Abstract:
The work consists of a critical characteristic as particularities of contemporary wage labor and the requirement that private attention be imposed on education, with emphasis on Social Work. Therefore, it is concluded that it is essential to take as main trends that involve a relationship between vocational training and professional work.
