UMA ANÁLISE DA EFETIVIDADE DA PRESTAÇÃO JURISDICIONAL NO JUIZADO ESPECIAL CÍVEL A PARTIR DA IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE RECURSOS TECNOLÓGICOS ADVINDOS DO CENÁRIO PANDÊMICO FRENTE A HIPOSSUFICIÊNCIA DAS PARTES
A organização do Poder Judiciário nacional passou por significativas mudanças advindas da pandemia de Covid-19, em que pese, atualizações repentinas a partir de recursos tecnológicos, em prol da manutenção do distanciamento social e medidas sanitárias, mas no desafio de manter a prestação jurisdicional adequada. O presente trabalho, trata de analisar essas modificações no atendimento dos Juizados Especiais Cíveis, em consonância ao público atendido, sua vulnerabilidade em âmbito judiciário, visto o atendimento remoto e o uso de tecnologias, com os respectivos fóruns fechados, em paralelo a um contexto pandêmico. Nesse ínterim, é buscado analisar a prestação judiciária oferecida ao público em específico, através dos meios tecnológicos disponíveis, ressaltando-se aspectos positivos e negativos do contexto.

Abstract:
The organization of the national Judiciary has undergone significant changes arising from the Covid-19 pandemic, despite sudden updates from technological resources, in order to maintain social distance and sanitary measures, but in the challenge of maintaining the provision appropriate jurisdiction. The present work deals with analyzing these changes in the service of the Special Civil Courts, in line with the public served, their vulnerability in the judiciary, given the remote service and the use of technologies, with their respective closed forums, in parallel with a pandemic context. In the meantime, it is sought to analyze the legal service offered to the public in particular, through the available technological means, highlighting positive and negative aspects of the context.
