UMA ABORDAGEM COMPARATIVA SOBRE A PROJEÇÃO E EXECUÇÃO DOS EQUIPAMENTOS COMUNITÁRIOS DOS CONJUNTOS HABITACIONAIS PAJUÇARA E SOLEDADE II
Os equipamentos públicos comunitários são espaços de infraestrutura urbana que atendem aos serviços públicos tais como: educação, saúde, cultura, assistência social, lazer, segurança pública, abastecimento, dentre outros, sendo fundamental para a população local e na organização territorial urbana. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo verificar se os equipamentos comunitários foram realmente construídos em conformidade com o projeto original e discutir, a partir disto, os impactos sociais e a importância da construção conforme estabelecida no projeto urbanístico. Essa análise foi feita através da análise do partido urbanístico original e o Cadastro Imobiliário Municipal, com a utilizanção ferramentas Google Maps e Google Street View identificou-se a existencia de terrenos baldios, moradias irregulares e infraestrutura urbana nas areas que tinha um proposito, inicialmente, de ser equipamentos comunitarios .Para ambos os conjuntos foram identificados mais de 30% (trinta por cento) de área de terrenos baldios nos quais, inicialmente, e na maioria destes foram encontrados resíduos sólidos que podem ser foco de vetores de doenças. Outro aspecto de extema importante social foi a presença de moradias irregulares, parte da polulação que estao em condições de desigualdade e exclusão social, sem infraestrutura adequada para a moradia.

Abstract:
Community public facilities are spaces of urban infrastructure that serve public services such as: education, health, culture, social assistance, leisure, public security, supply, among others, being essential for the local population and in the urban territorial organization. The present work aims to verify if the community equipment was really built in accordance with the original project and to discuss, from this, the social impacts and the importance of construction as established in the urban project. This analysis was done through the analysis of the original urban plan and the Municipal Real Estate Registry, using Google Maps and Google Street View tools identified the existence of vacant lots, irregular housing and urban infrastructure in the areas that had a purpose, initially, of being community equipment. For both sets, more than 30% (thirty percent) of vacant land areas were identified in which, initially, and in most of these solid waste was found that can be the focus of disease vectors. Another aspect of an important social issue was the presence of irregular housing, part of the population that is in conditions of inequality and social exclusion, without adequate infrastructure for housing. -
