UM RELATO DO PET- SAÚDE GRADUASUS OFICINA DO MÉTODO ALTADIR DE PLANIFICAÇÃO POPULAR COM OS ACADÊMICOS DO CURSO DE MEDICINA
O Método Altadir de Planificação
Popular (MAPP) é uma metodologia de
planejamento estratégico que permite a
inclusão de discussões em grupo, envolvendo
distintas visões sobre o mesmo contexto,
visando à resolução de problemas por meio
da distribuição de funções e elaboração de
propostas de intervenções viáveis. O MAPP
mostrou-se como um grande facilitador para
o planejamento das ações nas Estratégias de
Saúde da Família, possibilitando uma melhor
interação entre a comunidade e o Sistema
Único de Saúde. Porém, a grande dificuldade
apresenta-se no processo de aquisição das
habilidades necessárias para o manuseio dessa
ferramenta. Devido a isso, o presente relato
de experiência teve como objetivodescrever
a experiência de ação no processo ensinoaprendizagem
desenvolvida através de uma
ferramenta de planejamento estratégico.
Portanto, utilizando uma estratégia para
compartilhamento e reflexão do produto, os
discentes do programa PET-Saúde estruturaram
uma oficina de aprendizagem, ministrada aos
acadêmicos do curso de medicina, permitindo
construção coletiva do conhecimento
sobre a ferramenta MAPP, explanando sua
importância e aplicabilidade na Atenção Básica
à Saúde. Durante a trajetória para construção/
consolidação da aprendizagem, no processo de
assimilação e posterior compartilhamento dos
saberes, notou-se significativo envolvimento, tanto dos membros do programa, quanto
dos acadêmicos do curso de medicina, em relação à importância e eficácia do método
proposto, interferindo principalmente na construção e desenvolvimento de seu perfil
individual de habilidades cognitivas e relacionais.

Abstract:
The Altadir Method of Popular Planning (AMPP) is a strategic planning
methodology that allows the inclusion of group discussions, involving distinct visions
about the same context, aiming to solve problems through the distribution of functions
and elaboration of proposals of viable solutions. The AMPP was a great facilitator for
the planning of actions in the Family Health Strategies, allowing a better interaction
between the community and the Unified Health System. However, the great difficulty is
in the process of acquiring the necessary skills for the handling of this tool. Due to this,
the present report of experience had as objective to describe the action experience on
the process teaching-learning developed through a strategic planning tool. Therefore,
using a strategy for sharing and reflection of the product, the students of PET-Saúde
program structured a learning workshop, given to medical students, allowing collective
construction of knowledge about the AMPP tool, explaining its importance and
applicability in Primary Health Care. During the trajectory to construction/consolidation
of the learning, on the process of assimilation and subsequent sharing of knowledge, it
was noted significant involvementof both, the members of the program and the medical
students, in relation to the importance and efficacy of the proposed method, interfering
mainly in the construction of their own individual profile of cognitive and relational skills.
