UM OLHAR SOBRE A PESQUISA (AUTO)BIOGRÁFICA NA CONSTRUÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO HISTÓRICO
Este estudo tem como objetivo refletir sobre o trato metodológico nas pesquisas (auto)biográficas, tendo como eixo norteador de discussão a “verdade” histórica a partir do liame da História com a ficção. Para isso, a análise empreendida aqui recai sobretudo no exame dos binômios: objetividade/subjetividade, verdade/ficção e coletividade/indivíduo. Ao privilegiar a segunda “parte” dessas referidas ideias, que parecem se contrapor, a pesquisa autorreferencial é muitas vezes depreciada pelo conhecimento histórico. Ao convocar para o debate as contribuições maiormente de Loriga (1998, 2011), Dosse (2001), Schaff (1987), Ricoeur (1999) e Vilas-Boas (2014) é possível perceber que essas dualidades aparentemente divergentes, na realidade, se complementam, na pesquisa autorreferencial, em vez de se tornarem fatores que se contrapõem de maneira inflexível. Dessa forma, (auto)biografia por fomentar a reflexão dessas questões, demonstra um campo de investigação fecundo e legítimo para a História.

Abstract:
This study aims to reflect on the methodological treatment in (auto) biographical researches, having as a guideline for discussion the historical “truth” from the link between History and fiction. For this, the analysis undertaken here falls mainly on the examination of the binomials: objectivity/ subjectivity, truth/ fiction and collectivity/individual. By privileging the second “part” of these ideas that seem to oppose each other, self -referential research is often depreciated by historical knowledge. When summoning Loriga´s (1998, 2011), Dosse (2001), Schaff (1987), Ricoeur (1999) and Vilas-Boas (2014) contributions to the debate, it is possible to notice that these apparently divergent dualities, in reality, they complemente, in self -referential research, instead of becoming factors that are inflexibly opposed. In this way, (auto) biography for encouraging reflection on these issues, demonstrates a fruitful and legitimate field of investigation for History.
