UM OLHAR PARA AS RELAÇÕES ÉTNICO-RACIAIS E A IDENTIDADE NEGRA EM SALA DE AULA
As relações étnico-raciais no Brasil estão impregnadas de profundas contradições. Muitas são as barreiras para o aluno ultrapassar, seja nos conteúdos, no livro didático, na omissão dos professores, enfim no cotidiano escolar. Para realização desse estudo levantou-se a hipótese de que a ausência de uma reflexão sobre as relações étnico-raciais no planejamento educacional contribui para a promoção do racismo e do preconceito. Assim, o objetivo proposto foi analisar e identificar as relações étnico-raciais na sala de aula da Escola Estadual General Azevedo Costa, na cidade de Macapá, AP, bem como a Lei n° 10.639/2003 está sendo efetivada para o fortalecimento da identidade negra. Após a análise dos dados algumas reflexões foram levantadas como: falta de planejamento educacional e de projetos pedagógicos para a realização das atividades que envolvam a temática racial, ausência de capacitação para docentes, falta de recursos e manutenção na estrutura física da escola, entre outros.

Abstract:
Ethnic-racial relations in Brazil are steeped in profound contradictions. There are many barriers for the student to overcome, be it in the contents, in the textbook, in the omission of teachers, in short, in the school routine. To carry out this study, the hypothesis was raised that the absence of a reflection on ethnic-racial relations in educational planning contributes to the promotion of racism and prejudice. Thus, the proposed objective was to analyze and identify ethnic-racial relations in the classroom of the General Azevedo Costa State School, in the city of Macapá, AP, as well as Law n° 10.639 / 2003 is being implemented to strengthen black identity. After analyzing the data, some reflections were raised, such as: lack of educational planning and pedagogical projects to carry out activities involving the racial theme, lack of training for teachers, lack of resources and maintenance in the physical structure of the school, among others.
