UM OLHAR PARA A ARTE DO INTENSIVISMO HUMANIZADO COMO ALIADO AOS PROFESSORES NO PROCESSO DE ENSINO DA FÍSICA
O que motiva o ser humano para dar continuidade à sua existência, em sua labuta cotidiana, em seu crescimento intelectual, para o bem-estar da vida profissional, é a principal proposta deste artigo, ao averiguar o processo pelo qual os professores se submetem, para disporem aos estudantes, um serviço educacional satisfatório, mesmo em face de um pensamento e visão estratégico motivacional, além de apontar um nova visão estratégica usada pelos professores dentro da sala de aula, para deste modo desempenharem e terem a capacidade de melhor servir a comunidade estudantil, aos alunos e sobretudo a si mesmos, e elencar por meio do BSC (Balance Score Card) e PES (Planejamento Estratégico Situacional) algumas abordagens mais pertinentes para o planejamento estratégico de organizações públicas na área da educação.
Geralmente as pessoas são vocacionadas para o trabalho na área da educação, que independente da quantidade de serviço, de sua complexibilidade ao ensino da física, o professor vocacionado, encontrará uma forma de executar do melhor modo, as funções que a ele são confiadas. Em determinados casos, este profissional, delega aos seus colegas o trabalho a ser realizado dentro de uma escola ou no local onde for inserido para ministrar suas aulas, transmitir conhecimentos aos seus alunos, contudo o modo como será realizado, o modo como será feito, será decidido pelo corpo docente, que irá do melhor modo dar vida a proposta de melhor desenvolver as habilidades aprendizes dos alunos, Para a elaboração deste artigo, WAGGNER e HOLLEBECK; STEPHEN P. ROBINS ambos discorrendo sobre Comportamento Organizacional e NUSSENZVEIG discorrendo sobre a Física, serão as principais literaturas usadas para compor este estudo.

Abstract:
What motivates the human being to continue his existence, in his daily toil, in his intellectual growth, for the well-being of professional life, is the main proposal of this article, when investigating the process by which teachers submit themselves, to provide students, a satisfactory educational service, even in the face of a motivational thinking and strategic vision, In addition to pointing out a new strategic vision used by teachers in the classroom, to thus perform and have the ability to better serve the student community, the students and especially themselves, and to list through BSC (Balance Score Card) and PES (Situational Strategic Planning) some approaches more relevant to the strategic planning of public organizations in education.
Generally, people have a vocation to work in the area of education, and regardless of the amount of service, its complexity to teaching physics, the vocational teacher will find a way to best perform the functions entrusted to him. In certain cases, this professional, delegates to his colleagues the work to be done inside a school or in the place where he is inserted to give his classes, to transmit knowledge to his students, however the way it will be done, will be decided by the teaching staff, who will in the best way give life to the proposal to better develop the students' learning abilities, For the elaboration of this article, WAGGNER and HOLLEBECK; STEPHEN P. ROBINS, both speaking about Organizational Behavior and NUSSENZVEIG speaking about Physics, will be the main literature used to compose this study.
