UM OLHAR MULTIPROFISSIONAL NA RECUPERAÇÃO DO PACIENTE COM ACIDENTE VASCULAR ENCEFÁLICO
As causas de Acidente Vascular Encefálico (AVE) estão relacionadas a fatores de risco modificáveis, suas sequelas causam lesões que alteram as funções neurológicas e locomotoras causando incapacidade funcional. Os déficits encontrados podem trazer sequelas emocionais desadaptativas nas relações familiares e sociais afetando a qualidade de vida dos acometidos. Objetivos: Identificar as atuações da equipe multiprofissional na assistência ao tratamento do paciente com AVE, enfatizando a importância da atuação integrada do enfermeiro e psicólogo neste contexto. Metodologia: A pesquisa consistiu em uma revisão bibliográfica a partir de referências atualizadas nacionais e internacionais, obtidas através das seguintes bases de dados: LILACS, SCIELO, e Pubmed Central. Resultados: Evidenciou-se nos estudos que mundialmente cerca de cinco milhões de pessoas com sequelas de AVE sobrevivem com uma incapacidade permanente, limitados a cuidados e com impactos no seu cotidiano, neste cenário, o enfermeiro atua com cuidados integrais quanto a higiene, conforto e locomoção, auxiliando estes pacientes na reabilitação, levando o sujeito à maior autonomia. Observou-se também que fatores psicológicos possuem impacto no plano de cuidados, influenciando a saúde mental do paciente no enfrentamento da doença, fazendo-se necessário o acompanhamento psicológico. Conclusão: Conclui-se que indivíduos com sequelas de AVE necessitam de reabilitação multiprofissional. A capacidade que os pacientes possuem para alcançar os resultados da reabilitação depende da sua motivação, cuidados com a saúde, suporte social-familiar e do seu estado cognitivo. Fatores que demonstram a importância do enfermeiro e psicólogo em uma atuação multiprofissional com estes pacientes.

Abstract:
The causes of Stroke are related to modifiable risk factors, their sequelae cause lesions that alter neurological and locomotor functions causing functional disability. The deficits found can bring maladaptive emotional sequelae in family and social relationships affecting the quality of life of the affected. Objectives: To identify the actions of the multidisciplinary team in assisting the treatment of stroke patients, emphasizing the importance of the integrated performance of nurses and psychologists in this context. Methodology: The research consisted of a bibliographic review from updated national and international references, obtained from the following databases: LILACS, SCIELO, and Pubmed Central. Results: It was evidenced in the studies that around five million people with stroke sequel survive worldwide with a permanent disability, limited to care and impacts on their daily lives. In this scenario, the nurse acts with integral care regarding hygiene, comfort and locomotion, assisting these patients in rehabilitation, leading the subject to greater autonomy. It was also observed that psychological factors have an impact on the care plan, influencing the patient's mental health in coping with the disease, making psychological follow-up necessary. Conclusion: It is concluded that individuals with stroke sequelae need multiprofessional rehabilitation. The ability of patients to achieve rehabilitation outcomes depends on their motivation, health care, family-social support and cognitive status. Factors that demonstrate the importance of nurses and psychologists in multiprofessional work with these patients.
