UM OLHAR CRÍTICO-REFLEXIVO ANTE AOS DESAFIOS DO PNE NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL: OFERTA E QUALIDADE NO MUNICÍPIO DE MANAUS
Este trabalho versa a análise do atendimento da educação infantil na Secretaria Municipal de Educação (SEMED) no município de Manaus a partir do olhar reflexivo de Paulo Freire, considerado um dos pensadores mais notáveis da história da Pedagogia Humanística, tendo influenciado o movimento da pedagogia crítico-reflexivo. Diante dos pressupostos freirianos, pretende-se provocar uma reflexão crítica a partir dos dados coletados, visando os novos desafios da oferta e qualidade diante do Plano Nacional de Educação - PNE (2014- 2024), cujos dados apontam a permanência da exclusão e negação do reconhecimento da condição da criança como sujeito de direito, em especial a uma educação infantil de qualidade que assegure sua condição de ser criança e sujeito protagonista nos espaços públicos. Sendo estas questões um campo fértil para novas pesquisas e possíveis estudos aprofundados que demonstrem as reais condições de respeito às necessidades da criança em cada fase do seu desenvolvimento.

Abstract:
This work deals with the analysis of the attendance of early childhood education in the Municipal Education Secretariat (SEMED) in the city of Manaus from the reflective look of Paulo Freire, considered one of the most notable thinkers in the history of Humanistic Pedagogy, having influenced the critical pedagogy movement -reflective. Given the Freirian assumptions, it is intended to provoke a critical reflection from the data collected, aiming at the new challenges of supply and quality before the National Education Plan - PNE (2014-2024), whose data point to the permanence of exclusion and denial of the recognition of the condition of the child as a subject of law, especially to a quality early childhood education that ensures his condition of being a child and protagonist subject in public spaces. These questions being a fertile field for new research and possible in-depth studies that demonstrate the real conditions of respect for the child's needs at each stage of their development.
