UM ESTUDO SOBRE O BEM-ESTAR NO CAMPO DE REFUGIADOS DO MALAWI
Este trabalho teve como objetivo investigar a percepção de bem-estar entre os refugiados do campo Dzaleka, no Malawi-África, através da percepção de profissionais de saúde que atuam no local. Investigou-se os fatores que contribuem para o bem-estar dos refugiados e sua relação com a filosofia Ubuntu. Realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa de abordagem metodológica indutiva; a coleta dos dados foi feita através de entrevistas semiestruturadas, de modo virtual, as quais foram analisadas por meio da Análise do Discurso. A partir do material coletado com os profissionais da saúde e um líder comunitário do campo de refugiados, foram elaborados três tópicos com os seguintes temas: a percepção do bem-estar; fatores que contribuem para o bem-estar dos refugiados; e a filosofia Ubuntu e as relações sociais. Verificou-se através das análises a existência de uma relação entre o bem-estar, no que diz respeito a importância das relações positivas, e a filosofia Ubuntu, que preza pelo coletivo, contribuindo para a forma como a comunidade de refugiados se sente.

Abstract:
This article aimed to investigate the perception of well-being among refugees of Dzaleka camp, Malawi-Africa, through the perception of healthcare professionals working there. It was investigated the factors that contribute to the well-being of the refugees and their relationship to the Ubuntu philosophy. A qualitative research of inductive methodological approach was carried out; data collection was done through semi-structured interviews, virtually, which were analyzed by means of Discourse Analysis. From the material collected with healthcare professionals and a community leader from the refugee camp, three topics were elaborated with the following themes: the perception of well-being; factors that contribute to the well-being of refugees and the Ubuntu philosophy and social relationships. Through the analysis, it was verified verified that there is a relationship between well-being, regarding the importance of positive relationships, and the Ubuntu philosophy, which values the collective, contributing to the way the refugee community feels.
