UM ESTUDO SOBRE COOPERATIVISMO, ADMINISTRAÇÃO, GOVERNANÇA COOPERATIVA E DESENVOLVIMENTO: DESAFIOS E PRIORIDADES PARA A SUSTENTABILIDADE FUTURA.
Este artigo aborda o cooperativismo,
a administração e o desenvolvimento a
partir da perspectiva das ciências sociais
aplicadas através do qual esta abordagem
tem ampliada a sua importância e relevância
frente aos avanços das organizações com
esta tipologia organizacional no âmbito dos
seus aportes ao desenvolvimento. Portanto o
objetivo deste artigo explora os fundamentos
das dimensões do cooperativismo, processos
de administração, governança cooperativa e
seus aportes a dinâmica do desenvolvimento
de territórios, orientados pelos desafios e
prioridades assumidos pelo cooperativismo
para a sua sustentabilidade futura. Os objetivos
específicos delimitados em: a) fundamentar e
delimitar conceitualmente o cooperativismo e
a tipologia das organizações cooperativas; b)
dimensionar quantitativa e qualitativamente
as organizações cooperativismo nos âmbitos
estadual e nacional e algumas dimensões
internacionais; c) mapear e descrever
priorizações assumidas pelo cooperativismo
através de órgãos de representação e
organismos de pesquisa, fomento e apoio;
d) indicar proposições estratégicas que
contribuam com o desenvolvimento do
cooperativismo, sua sustentabilidade futura
e ampliando seus aportes aos processos de
desenvolvimento humano e territorial. A pesquisa
metodologicamente é fundamentada quanto
aos fins como estudo exploratório, descritivo
e de campo, e quanto aos meios, de natureza quali-quantitativa, bibliográfica, documental e participante. A análise e sistematização
dos dados foi orientada pelos fundamentos conceituais, conteúdos coletados e os
objetivos delimitados na pesquisa. O cooperativismo, pela sua própria natureza e
funcionamento, fundamentos, princípios, valores, crenças, legislação e segmentos, se
constitui em movimento, estratégia, instrumento e estrutura de promoção da inclusão
social e econômica, tem investido na qualificação de seus quadros dirigentes e de
gestão, aprimorado as tecnologias e métodos de gestão e governança com vistas a
sustentabilidade, e, por fim, está ampliando seus aportes na promoção da inclusão, da
justiça social, da democracia, da participação e da agregação de valor econômico e
social aos seus membros e a promoção do desenvolvimento territorial.

Abstract:
This article approaches the cooperativism, governance and development
from the perspective of the applied social sciences through which this approach has
expanded its importance and relevance in the face of the advances of the organizations
with such organizational typology on the scope of their contributions to development.
Therefore, the aim of this paper explores the fundamentals of the dimensions of
cooperativism, its management processes, cooperative governance and its contributions
to the dynamics of territory development, guided by the challenges and priorities
assumed by cooperativism for its future sustainability. The specific objectives are defined
as: a) Fundamentally and conceptually delimiting the cooperativism and the typology of
cooperative organizations; b) Quantify quantitatively and qualitatively the cooperative
organizations at the state and national levels and some international dimensions; c)
map and describe priorities assumed by cooperativism through representative bodies
and research, promotion and support agencies; d) indicate strategic propositions that
contribute to the development of cooperativism, its future sustainability and expanding
its contributions to the process of human and territorial development. The research
methodologically is based on the ends as exploratory, descriptive and field study, and on
the means, qualitative and quantitative, bibliographical, documentary and participant.
The analysis and systematization of the data was guided by the conceptual foundations,
collected contents and the objectives defined in the research. Cooperativism, by its
very nature and functioning, foundations, principles, values, beliefs, legislation and
segments, is constituted in movement, strategy, instrument and structure of promotion
of social and economic inclusion, it has invested in the qualification of its leaders and
of management, improved management and governance technologies and methods for sustainability, and, finally, is expanding its contribution to promoting inclusion, social
justice, democracy, participation and the addition of economic and social value to its
members, and the promotion of territorial development
