O desenvolvimento da tecnologia

somado ao crescimento da população são

fatores que se relacionam com o aumento

da quantidade de lixo produzido, o qual se

tornou um grande problema ambiental. A

deficiência de ações sustentáveis com o

aumento da exploração de recursos naturais

para a crescente produção de papel acarreta

danos para o meio ambiente e para saúde da

sociedade. Nesse contexto, frente a todos os

problemas envolvendo o alto consumo de papel

e o descarte incorreto do mesmo, o objetivo

desta pesquisa foi entender a importância

de se preservar o meio ambiente e assim,

estudar sobre a implementação de uma usina

de reciclagem de papel no setor universitário,

utilizando-se para isso, ferramentas online e

gráficos estatísticos para obter análises.

Abstract:
The development of technology

combined with population growth are factors

related to the increase in the amount of

waste produced, which has become a major

environmental problem. The deficiency of

sustainable actions with the increase of

the exploitation of natural resources for the

increasing production of paper entails damages

for the environment and for the health of the

society. In this context, in the face of all the

problems involving high paper consumption and

the incorrect disposal of paper, the objective of

this research was to understand the importance

of preserving the environment and, therefore, to

study the implementation of a paper recycling

plant in the the university sector, using online

tools and statistical charts for analysis.
