UM ESTUDO DO ENSINO DAS TRANSFORMAÇÕES GEOMÉTRICAS COM ÊNFASE NA REFORMA CURRICULAR DE MATEMÁTICA DA FRANÇA
Na atualidade as reformas curriculares se constituem como fontes de estudos que incitam debates de muitos educadores, tanto no que concerne aos objetivos de ensino das disciplinas como à inserção de novos procedimentos didáticos para o desenvolvimento dos conteúdos disciplinares no contexto escolar. Nessa perspectiva, pode-se observar que o estudo da geometria das transformações tem sido indicado pelos educadores matemáticos como um recurso didático que auxilia os alunos no desenvolvimento do pensamento geométrico, viabilizando a construção de noções e de conceitos geométricos relacionados ao estudo de figuras congruentes e semelhantes. Os pesquisadores do campo educacional que investigam o ensino dos conteúdos disciplinares nas reformas educacionais concentram grande parte de seus estudos no campo da cultura escolar e dos estudos curriculares. No entanto, as pesquisas bibliográficas vinculadas a esses campos de estudos não apresentam indicações consistentes acerca da adesão das orientações dos programas curriculares às práticas docentes. Através dessa pesquisa realizamos uma descrição das indicações metodológicas da reforma curricular da França para o estudo das transformações geométricas no Ensino Fundamental II. Os procedimentos metodológicos de nosso estudo consistem na consulta da atual reforma curricular de matemática da França para o Ensino Fundamental e na análise das prescrições dessa reforma para o ensino das transformações. As indicações do currículo da França para o ensino das transformações indicam que o estudo das transformações no plano deve ser desenvolvido pelos docentes do Ensino Fundamental II, com o objetivo de fazer com que os alunos possam estabelecer conexões entre as propriedades geométricas das transformações de figuras no plano e sua utilização no contexto real. Acreditamos que esse estudo possa motivar reflexões dos pesquisadores referentes à necessidade de desenvolvimento de novos recursos didáticos para a renovação do ensino de Geometria.

Abstract:
Nowadays curricular reforms constitute as sources of studies that incite debates of many educators, both in teaching objectives of school subjects and in addiction of new didactic procedures for the development of disciplinary contents in the school context. In this perspective, it can be observed that the study of transformational geometry has been indicated by mathematical educators as a didactic resource that helps students in the development of geometric thinking, enabling construction of notions and geometric concepts related to the study of congruent and similar figures. Researches in the educational field who carry out research the teaching of disciplinary contents in educational reforms concentrate most of their studies in the field of school culture and of curriculum studies. However, bibliographical studies connected to these fields of study don’t have consistent indications on the accession of curricular programmes guidelines to the teaching practices. Through this research we make a description of methodological guidelines of curricular reform in France for the study of geometric transformations in Elementary Teaching. The methodological procedures of our study consist of the consultation of the current mathematics curricular reform in France for the study of geometric transformations on Elementary Education and on the analysis of the prescriptions of this reform for the teaching of transformations. The curriculum guidelines in France for the teaching of transformations indicate that the study of transformations in the plane must be developed by elementary school teacher, with the objective of making students establish connections between the geometric properties of transformations of the figures in the plane and its application in the real world. We believe that this study can motivate reflections on the part of researchers on the need to development of new didactic resources for renewal of Geometry teaching.
