UM ESTUDO DA SITUAÇÃO DO HOLOCAUSTO BRASILEIRO NO HOSPITAL COLÔNIA EM BARBACENA – MG SOB A ÓTICA DO CINEMA E LITERATURA
O presente trabalho visa realizar uma análise da Situação do Hospital Colônia em Barbacena, Minas Gerais, conhecido por ser responsável pelo holocausto brasileiro, pela ocorrência de um verdadeiro genocídio na História do Brasil. Os estudos serão realizados a partir do Direito, Bioética e Arte, por intermédio do livro Holocausto Brasileiro e do documentário que possui o mesmo nome produzido pela HBO, onde percebemos através do Direito e da Bioética a violação dos valores mínimos necessários em relação à dignidade da pessoa humana. Este trabalho também procura demonstrar que é pertinente a reflexão e discussão deste tema, não só no passado, mas também na atualidade, pois ainda possuímos muito desrespeito a dignidade humana e preconceito quando relacionados à questão da loucura. É importante pensarmos o Direito de uma maneira interdisciplinar, através de outras perspectivas, o que nos possibilita a Arte, sem que o Direito perca a sua cientificidade. A metodologia utilizada foi o estudo bibliográfico, por intermédio de uma pesquisa qualitativa ao abordar o tema proposto e será utilizado o método dialético em função de todos os conflitos existentes analisados.

Abstract:
The present work aims to analyze the Situation of the Colony Hospital in Barbacena, Minas Gerais, known for being responsible for the Brazilian holocaust, responsible for the occurrence of a true genocide in the History of Brazil. The studies will be based on Law, Bioethics and Art, through the book Holocausto Brasileiro and the documentary that has the same name produced by HBO, where we perceive through Law and Bioethics the violation of the minimum values necessary in relation to the dignity of the human person This work also seeks to demonstrate that it is pertinent to reflect and discuss this issue, not only in the past but also in the present time, since we still have a great deal of disrespect for human dignity and prejudice when related to the question of madness. It is important to think of Law in an interdisciplinary way, through other perspectives, which enables us to Art, without the Law losing its scientific character. The methodology used was the bibliographic study, through a qualitative research in addressing the proposed theme and the dialectical method will be used in function of all existing conflicts analyzed.
