UM DEBATE AINDA NECESSÁRIO: UM ESTUDO DE CASO SOBRE A FORMAÇÃO E AÇÃO DOS PROFESSORES DE UM COLÉGIO DA REDE ESTADUAL DE PELOTAS-RS NA DISCUSSÃO SOBRE GÊNERO E SEXUALIDADE NO CONTEXTO ESCOLAR.
O presente trabalho busca
compreender o papel da formação e atuação
dos professores neste tensionado contexto
da contemporaneidade brasileira, dessa
forma aprofundaremos a discussão sobre a
importância em debater a temática: gênero e
sexualidade na escola, para a ressignificação de
pré-conceitos utilizando como fontes a memória
reavivada dos mesmos, conhecendo seus
lugares de fala, sua formação, metodologias
trabalhadas e espaços considerados viáveis
pela escola para a abordagem de tal temática.
Me proponho também a apresentar algumas
iniciativas já desenvolvidas para a formação/
capacitação de professores sobre a temática.

Abstract:
The present study seeks to
understand the role training and expertise of the
teachers in this tense context of contemporary
brazilian, thus deepening the discussion on the
importance to discuss the theme: gender and
sexuality at school, to the ressignification of
preconceptions using as sources the memory
revived them, knowing their place, your training,
methodologies and considered viable by worked
school for the approach of such a theme. I
propose also to present some initiatives already
carried out for the training/qualification of
teachers on the subject.
