• Abstract:

  Conceiving university extension as a formative process and the need to

  curriculum it, besides its curricular insertion, as a discipline or project, but transversally

  to the curriculum of the teacher training course, seeking dynamic and critical

  methodologies that result in attractive spaces and integrated to the academics, the

  Digital Mediation Workshops were developed, linked to the LALUPE / UEPG extension

  project. The workshops were designed as a way of articulating the contents of the

  courses of the Pedagogy of the Institution to media interactions, capable of generating

  changes in the ways of teaching and learning such contents, complementing the

  lessons. Methodologically the following steps were adopted: 1) the choice by the

  students of the topics covered in the classes that could be better understood and

  explored from the visual expressions; 2) guidelines on how to complement content from

  new resources; 3) Reflective meetings on contexts that mix education and technology.

  The workshops were systematically organized in stages of gradual evolution to the

  domain of technological tools able to awaken, in the academic licensing, interest in

  inclusive actions that aim to expand creative capacities. In this sense, the productions,

  which integrate the contents of the menus of the different disciplines with technological

  tools, presented results that favor a necessary critical discussion about the use of the

  media by the professional of education, which have been proven by the published

  academic productions and by the considerations made in the forums of the workshops.
