UM BREVE OLHAR SOBRE AS VULNERABILIDADES E A SUSTENTABILIDADE NA MUDANÇA DE PARADIGMAS DO URBANISMO CONTEMPORÂNEO
As cidades assistem a uma transformação profunda sobre todos os aspectos, sejam eles econômicos, culturais ou sociais: são cidades cada vez mais plurais e diversas, nas quais devemos encontrar algum meio de acompanhar toda essa evolução. Diante das problemáticas contemporâneas que todas as cidades vêm enfrentando, o objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar um breve olhar sobre a discussão entre a cidade e a natureza, bem como suas vulnerabilidades e a sustentabilidade. Trata-se de reflexões iniciais, que busca compreender as atuais problemáticas urbanas e a necessidade de soluções que se manifestam a partir de um território mais equitativo e sustentável. A estrutura do trabalho se faz a partir de pesquisas bibliográficas, onde, a partir dos estudos levantados, verificou-se que o discurso dicotômico entre cidade e natureza vem sendo transformado aos poucos, necessitando de uma urgente mudança perante os limites da natureza para a amenização dos riscos e vulnerabilidades e uma maior igualdade ambiental. Concluí-se que o debate sobre essas novas vulnerabilidades do território e a interdependência da natureza e da cidade contribuem para o desenvolvimento e compreensão das cidades contemporâneas, bem como um novo olhar sobre a mudança de paradigmas para a práxis e epistemologia do urbanismo contemporâneo.

Abstract:
Cities are witnessing a profound transformation in all aspects, whether economic, cultural or social: they are increasingly plural and diverse cities, in which we must find some way to keep up with all this evolution. Given the contemporary issues that all cities are facing, the objective of this paper is to present a brief look at the discussion between the city and nature, as well as its vulnerabilities and sustainability. These are initial reflections, which seek to understand current urban issues and the need for solutions that manifest themselves from a more equitable and sustainable territory. The structure of the work is based on bibliographic research, where, based on the studies surveyed, it was found that the dichotomous discourse between city and nature has been transformed little by little, requiring an urgent change in the face of the limits of nature to ease risks and vulnerabilities and greater environmental equity. It is concluded that the debate about these new vulnerabilities of the territory and the interdependence of nature and the city contribute to the development and understanding of contemporary cities, as well as a new look at the paradigm shift for the praxis and epistemology of contemporary urbanism.
