TURISMO ÉTNICO-CULTURAL NA COMUNIDADE QUILOMBOLA DE PIQUI DA RAMPA, CONTRIBUINDO COM O DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL, NA GERAÇÃO DE TRABALHO E RENDA.
O seguinte trabalho tem por objetivo analisar as possibilidades de etnodesenvolvimento socioeconômico e sociocultural do turismo étnico cultural na comunidade quilombola de Piqui da Rampa, contribuindo com o desenvolvimento sustentável, na geração de trabalho e renda, identificando os recursos culturais e naturais para o uso sustentável do turismo analisando as condições de infraestrutura básica e suas possibilidades em disponibilizar apoio ao turismo local, fazendo uma pesquisa bibliográfica e pesquisa de campo qualitativa, com a aplicação de entrevista junto a comunidade e suas lideranças, fazendo uma análise com a Matriz SWOT. Os resultados mostraram que a comunidade possui algumas fraquezas e ameaças relacionadas à titularização da terra, infraestrutura e educação, mas existem as forças e as oportunidades as quais podem ser formuladas estratégias que tornem viável a implantação do desenvolvimento do turismo étnico – cultural na comunidade de Piqui da Rampa, utilizando suas características sustentáveis e socialmente coletivas em prol da geração de trabalho e renda.

Abstract:
The following work aims to analyze the possibilities of socio-economic and socio-cultural ethno development of ethnic cultural tourism in the quilombola community of Piqui da Rampa, contributing to sustainable
development, generating jobs and income, identifying cultural and natural resources for the sustainable use of tourism analyzing the conditions of basic infrastructure and its possibilities in providing support to local tourism, doing a bibliographic research and qualitative field research, with the application of an interview with the community and its leaders, making an analysis with the SWOT Matrix. The results showed that the community has some weaknesses and threats related to land tenure, infrastructure and education, but there are strengths and opportunities which strategies can be formulated to make the implementation of the development of ethnic and cultural tourism in the community of Piqui viable. da Rampa, using its sustainable and socially collective characteristics in favor of generating work and income.
