TUBERCULOSE DISSEMINADA EM PACIENTE IMUNOCOMPETENTE: RELATO DE CASO
Tuberculose (TB) miliar é uma forma disseminada de TB e considerada potencialmente fatal. Este estudo tem como objetivo relatar o caso de uma paciente imunocompetente que desenvolveu tuberculose disseminada. Utilizou-se informações de prontuário eletrônico para resumo do caso, e pesquisa bibliográfica em base de dados da PubMed e Scielo para revisão de literatura sobre o tema. Paciente adulta, imunocompetente, diagnosticada com tuberculose miliar e que evoluiu com alterações hepáticas após início do tratamento convencional para Tuberculose. O mesmo foi alterado para um esquema alternativo, com consequente melhora do quadro geral após nova terapêutica. A partir disso, os medicamentos foram reintroduzidos conforme as recomendações do Ministério da Saúde. A paciente apresentou melhora e teve alta hospitalar, com orientações para acompanhamento ambulatorial.

Abstract:
Miliary tuberculosis (TB) is a widespread form of TB and considered potentially fatal. This study aims to report the case of an immunocompetent patient who developed disseminated tuberculosis. Information from electronic medical records was used to summarize the case, and bibliographic research in PubMed and Scielo databases to review the literature on the topic. Adult patient, immunocompetent, diagnosed with miliary tuberculosis and who evolved with liver changes after initiation of conventional treatment for tuberculosis. The same was changed to an alternative regimen, with consequent improvement of the general condition after new therapy. From this, the drugs were reintroduced according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health. The patient improved and was discharged from the hospital, with guidelines for outpatient follow-up.
