TUBERCULOSE: ASPECTOS DA INFECÇÃO CAUSADA POR MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS NA POPULAÇÃO DE SOBRAL, NO ESTADO DO CEARÁ NO PERÍODO DE 2012-2016
A tuberculose é uma doença infecciosa causada pela bactéria Mycobacterium tuberculosis caracterizada pela forma de bastonete delgado. Possui a capacidade de ser transmitida por via aérea e por ser um microrganismo aeróbico estrito, costuma manifestar-se nos pulmões (tuberculose pulmonar) ou ainda em outros órgãos (tuberculose extrapulmonar). O objetivo da pesquisa foi realizar um levantamento dos casos de Tuberculose na cidade de Sobral-CE nos anos de 2012 a 2016, fazendo um comparativo com os casos ocorridos no estado do Ceará. A coleta de parte dos dados ocorreu em setembro de 2017 no Centro Epidemiológico de Sobral, buscando dados que registrassem a situação epidemiológica da Tuberculose no município de Sobral no período de 2012 a 2016. A outra parte dos dados foi coletada do Boletim Epidemiológico de Tuberculose do Estado do Ceará publicado em abril de 2017. Entre os anos de 2012 e 2016 notificou-se 866 casos na categoria de tipos de entradas, sendo o ano de 2012 o de maior registro (189 casos). Nos anos de 2013 e 2014 em relação ao ano de 2012 e no ano de 2016 em relação ao ano de 2015 ocorreu um declínio de casos novos de tuberculose. Entre os anos de 2012 e 2016 notificou-se 829 casos na categoria de situação de encerramento, sendo os anos de 2012 e 2015 com o mesmo número de registros (185 casos). Observou-se, ainda, que em todos os anos prevaleceram largamente os números de casos que atingiram a cura. O estudo possibilitou conhecer, portanto, o perfil da tuberculose no município de Sobral – CE nos anos de 2012 a 2016, onde foi possível analisar a distribuição dos casos, identificando os tipos de entrada no SINAN e a situação de encerramento dos casos.

Abstract:
Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis characterized by the shape of a thin rod. It has the ability to be transmitted by air and because it is a strict aerobic microorganism, it usually manifests itself in the lungs (pulmonary tuberculosis) or even in other organs (extrapulmonary tuberculosis). The objective of the research was to carry out a survey of the cases of Tuberculosis in the city of Sobral-CE in the years 2012 to 2016, making a comparison with the cases that occurred in the state of Ceará. The collection of part of the data took place in September 2017 at the Epidemiological Center of Sobral, looking for data that registered the epidemiological situation of Tuberculosis in the municipality of Sobral from 2012 to 2016. The other part of the data was collected from the Epidemiological Bulletin of Tuberculosis State of Ceará published in April 2017. Between 2012 and 2016, 866 cases were reported in the entry type category, with 2012 having the highest record (189 cases). In the years 2013 and 2014 in relation to the year 2012 and in the year 2016 in relation to the year 2015 there was a decline in new cases of tuberculosis. Between the years 2012 and 2016, 829 cases were reported in the category of closure situation, with the years 2012 and 2015 having the same number of records (185 cases). It was also observed that in all years the numbers of cases that reached the cure largely prevailed. The study made it possible, therefore, to know the tuberculosis profile in the municipality of Sobral - CE in the years 2012 to 2016, where it was possible to analyze the distribution of cases, identifying the types of entry into SINAN and the situation of closing cases.
