TRATAMENTO DA DOR CRÔNICA COM AUXILIO DA TERAPIA NEURAL
INTRODUÇÃO: Terapia Neural é uma técnica de cura suave desenvolvida na Alemanha, que envolve a injeção de anestésicos locais em gânglios autonômicos, nervos periféricos, cicatrizes, glândulas, pontos de acupuntura, pontos de gatilho, pele e outros tecidos que regulam o sistema nervoso autônomo nas fibras nervosas simpáticas e parassimpáticas, reequilibrando disfunções celulares que provocam desregulação tais como a dor crônica. OBJETIVO: verificar o efeito da terapia neural na dor crônica. METODOLOGIA: Foi realizado uma revisão integrativa da literatura a partir de levantamento de dados das bases SCIELO (ScientificElectronic Library Online), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), LILACS (Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde), e PUBMED no periodo de 2009 a 2019. RESULTADOS: Segundo os resultados dos estudos dos artigos a terapia neural é eficaz quanto à redução de quadros com dor crônica em pacientes. CONCLUSÃO: Com base nos estudos realizados, a Terapia Neural age em pontos de interferências no SNA (Sistema Nervoso Autônomo), tem o efeito de autorregulação, inibindo os campos de interferências e interrompendo a memória da dor crônica. Essa inibição não é um anestésico propriamente dito, visto que, a mesma não provoca um efeito anestésico e sim um reequilíbrio do SNA que está diretamente relacionado ao entendimento da dor. Porém novos estudos devem ser feitos, especificamente para o tratamento da dor crônica.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: Neural Therapy is a soft healing technique developed in Germany, which involves the injection of local anesthetics into autonomic ganglia, peripheral nerves, scars, glands, acupuncture points, trigger points, skin and other tissues that regulate the autonomic nervous system. sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve fibers, rebalancing cellular dysfunctions that cause deregulation such as chronic pain. OBJECTIVE: to verify the effect of neural therapy on chronic pain. METHODOLOGY: An integrative literature review was carried out based on data collection from the SCIELO (ScientificElectronic Library Online), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), LILACS (Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences) databases, and PUBMED in the period from 2009 to 2019. RESULTS: According to the results of studies in the articles, neural therapy is effective in reducing symptoms with chronic pain in patients. CONCLUSION: Based on the studies carried out, Neural Therapy acts at points of interference in the SNA (Autonomic Nervous System), has the effect of self-regulation, inhibiting the fields of interference and interrupting the memory of chronic pain. This inhibition is not an anesthetic itself, since it does not cause an anesthetic effect, but a rebalancing of the ANS that is directly related to the understanding of pain. However, further studies should be done, specifically for the treatment of chronic pain.
