TRANSNACIONALIZAÇÃO DAS FAMÍLIAS HAITIANAS: NARRATIVAS DA SAGA DE MIGRANTES HAITIANAS PARA REAVER A CONVIVÊNCIA FAMILIAR COM O(A)(S) FILHO(A)(S)
O início do século XXI tem sido marcado pela alteração dos fluxos migratórios em escala global. Os obstáculos impostos pelos EUA e Europa para reprimir a entrada de migrantes em seus territórios têm estimulado a ampliação dos fluxos migratórios entre países do hemisfério Sul. Nesse cenário, o Brasil tem se tornado receptor de migrantes de outras nacionalidades, frente à importância geopolítica assumida na América Latina e em âmbito global. Tal processo de mobilidade transnacional mobiliza diversos marcadores, posto que boa parte é protagonizado por mulheres, negras afrodiaspóricas, em fase adulta, de nacionalidades latino-americanas. Emergiu desse panorama o interesse em investigar as nuances de gênero e raciais que vêm à tona a partir da migração haitiana para o Sul do Brasil, cujo marco temporal remonta o ano de 2010. A transnacionalização dos laços familiares das migrantes haitianas radicadas em Santa Catarina é, dentro desse contexto, tema que nos instigou a propor uma pesquisa no Programa de Doutorado Interdisciplinar em Ciências Humanas da UFSC, iniciada no ano de 2018. Concebida da perspectiva epistemológica feminista, a pesquisa dá relevo às narrativas das migrantes haitianas radicadas em Santa Catarina para retomar a convivência familiar com o(a)(s) filho(a)(s). O arcabouço metodológico privilegiado condiz com a análise de narrativas, elegendo-se como instrumento de coleta de dados entrevistas em profundidade, as quais estão em andamento. A pesquisa tem reunido subsídios teórico-metodológicos para contribuir na propulsão de políticas públicas e de demais ações destinadas à reunificação familiar, a partir da intersecção de marcadores de nacionalidade, gênero e raça.

Abstract:
The beginning of the 21st century has been marked by the change in migratory flows on a global scale. The obstacles imposed by the US and Europe to repress the entry of migrants into their territories have stimulated the expansion of migration flows between countries in the southern hemisphere. In this scenario, Brazil has become a receiver of migrants from other nationalities, given its geopolitical importance in Latin America and globally. This process of transnational mobility mobilizes several markers, since most of it is carried out by women, Afro-diasporic blacks, in adulthood, of Latin American nationalities. From this panorama emerged the interest in investigating the nuances of gender and race that surface from the Haitian migration to southern Brazil, whose timeframe dates back to 2010. The transnationalization of family ties of Haitian migrants settled in Santa Catarina is, within this context, a theme that instigated us to propose a research in the Interdisciplinary PhD Program in Humanities at UFSC, which began in 2018. Conceived from a feminist epistemological perspective, the research highlights the narratives of Haitian migrants settled in Santa Catarina to resume family life with their children. The preferred methodological framework is the analysis of narratives, choosing as a data collection tool in-depth interviews, which are in progress. The research has gathered theoretical and methodological subsidies to contribute to the propulsion of public policies and other actions destined to family reunification, from the intersection of nationality, gender and race markers.
