TRANSLACTAÇÃO VERSUS ALIMENTAÇÃO NO COPO: PRODUÇÃO CIENTÍFICA SOBRE GANHO DE PESO EM PREMATUROS
Esse trabalho objetiva descrever, por meio da literatura científica, acerca dos métodos de alimentação do recém-nascido, destacando a translactação e a alimentação no copo. Realizado por meio de uma reflexão temática baseado em uma revisão não exaustiva da literatura. Foi evidenciado que a translactação é uma técnica eficaz para favorecer a transição da alimentação alternativa por sonda gástrica para a via oral quando comparada a outros métodos, pois é o meio pelo qual o prematuro recebe estímulos orais adequados. A literatura ressalta ainda que a ingestão de leite por copo em recém-nascido leva a um grande derramamento de leito e, consequentemente, uma menor absorção pelo mesmo. A transição alimentar da via gástrica para a via oral é um grande desafio, não só para o bebê prematuro, mas também para a equipe de saúde. Espera-se que os resultados desse estudo sejam transformados em ações efetivas e que os participantes sejam beneficiados com tais práticas.

Abstract:
This objective study describes, through the scientific literature, about the feeding methods of the newborn, highlighting the translatation and the feeding in the cup. Performed through a thematic reflection based on a non-exhaustive literature review. It was evidenced that translacation is an effective technique to favor the transition from alternative gastric tube feeding to the oral route when compared to other methods, as it is the means by which the premature infant receives adequate oral stimuli. The literature also points out that the intake of per cup in a newborn leads to a large spill of milk from the bed and, consequently, less absorption by it. The food transition from the gastric route to the oral route is a major challenge, not only for the premature baby, but also for the health team. It is expected that the results of this study will be transformed into effective actions and that the participants will benefit from such practices.
