TRANSGÊNEROS IDENTIFICADAS COM O SEXO FEMININO E O CUMPRIMENTO DE PENAS EM PRISÕES DESTINADAS A MULHERES
O presente trabalho busca apresentar as dificuldades encaradas pelas mulheres travestis cotidianamente, trazendo à mercê o embaraço vivenciado há décadas pelas mesmas, na busca de direitos basilares, tendo em vista o diminuto acerca de tais avanços normativos. Descortinando reflexos do cristianismo em conjuntura com o crescente preconceito e as marcas deixadas pelo período ditatorial no embate por um avanço político necessário. Enfatizando a escassez e o despreparo frente ao amparo à saúde, apontando a habitual batida para o ingresso no mercado de trabalho
O preceito dedutivo se faz benesse ponderando as afirmações e instruções a partir de firmar conhecimentos a partir de pressupostos consistentes, além de, arguição provais e bibliográfica, sendo as mesmas responsáveis por trazer os sustentáculos necessários à temática. Assim, arremata com a percepção de que mesmo diante dos avanços angariados pelas mulheres travestis no Brasil, o caminho a ser percorrido ainda é difuso, a discriminação social, faz resistir o principal a ser diversificado a irrefutabilidade das normas para com a comunidade que sofre com os abusos cometidos e omitidos pelo Estado.

Abstract:
The present work seeks to present the difficulties faced by transvestite women on a daily basis, bringing to the mercy the embarrassment experienced by them for decades, in the search for basic rights, in view of the diminutiveness of such normative advances. Revealing reflections of Christianity in a context with the growing prejudice and the marks left by the dictatorial period in the struggle for a necessary political advance. Emphasizing the scarcity and unpreparedness in the face of health support, pointing out the usual beat for entering the job market
The deductive precept is done by pondering the statements and instructions from establishing knowledge from consistent assumptions, in addition to, evidential and bibliographic arguments, being the same responsible for bringing the necessary supports to the theme. Thus, it ends with the perception that even in the face of the advances made by transvestite women in Brazil, the path to be followed is still diffuse, social discrimination, makes the main to be diversified resist the irrefutability of the norms towards the community that suffers from abuses committed and omitted by the State. -
