O presente artigo tem por objetivo

contribuir com o debate crítico acerca dos

determinantes sociais (DSS) do processo

saúde/doença. O Brasil recente revela um

cenário político-econômico regressivo dos

direitos sociais cujas ações capitaneadas

pelo Estado dão a fluidez necessária para

reinterpretações e readequações a partir da

lógica do mercado, sob ingerência capitalista.

Nessa medida, torna-se indispensável a

pesquisadores, profissionais de saúde, e em

especial aos assistentes sociais, a profunda

análise e apreensão das atuais disputas no

processo do desenvolvimento capitalista à luz

do atual Projeto Ético-Político do Serviço Social

brasileiro para o enfrentamento qualificado no

cotidiano do trabalho em saúde.

Abstract:
This article aims to contribute to

the critical debate about the social determinants

(DSS) of the health / disease process. Recent

Brazil reveals a regressive political-economic

scenario of social rights whose actions captained

by the state give the fluidity necessary for

reinterpretations and readjustments from the

logic of the market, under capitalist interference.

In this context, it is essential for researchers,

health professionals, and especially social

workers, to deeply analyze and apprehend

present disputes in the process of capitalist

development in the light of the current Ethical-

Political Project of the Brazilian Social Service

for qualified confrontation in the daily life of

health work.
