TRANSFOBIA AND HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENSE POLICIES IN BRAZIL
Este estudo concentra-se em oferecer concepções teóricas sobre a Transfobia, seu arranjamento e a materialização, expondo os contextos sociais aos quais a população de travestis e transexuais está exposta. Utiliza-se também de dados qualitativos e quantitativos que demonstram o quadro situacional da transfobia no Brasil. Para além, busca-se apresentar um panorama de como atuam os setores de defesa dos direitos humanos e, por sua vez, quais são os instrumentos utilizados para promoção e garantia dos direitos das pessoas travestis e transexuais, tendo como desafio final expor uma análise do descrito, e apontar possíveis mecanismos estratégicos que contribuam para a construção de novos cenários para as vivências

Abstract:
This study focuses on offering theoretical concepts about Transphobia, its arrangement and materialization, exposing the social contexts to which the population of transvestites and transsexuals is exposed. It also uses qualitative and quantitative data that demonstrate the situational picture of transphobia in Brazil. In addition, it seeks to present an overview of how the human rights defense sectors operate and, in turn, what are the instruments used to promote and guarantee the rights of transvestite and transsexual people, with the ultimate challenge of exposing an analysis of the described, and point out possible strategic mechanisms that contribute to the construction of new scenarios for the experiences
