TRANSFERÊNCIA DE TECNOLOGIA E CONSTRUÇÃO DE CONHECIMENTOS NA IMPLANTAÇÃO DE SISTEMAS AGROFLORESTAIS COM AGRICULTORES FAMILIARES DO CAROEBE, RR
O município de Caroebe, localizado
no Sul do estado de Roraima, tem como maior
fonte de renda a produção de banana. Ao
enfrentarem problemas de comercialização,
os produtores solicitaram apoio para o
desenvolvimento de outras culturas. A Embrapa
propôs que fosse realizada a implantação de
Sistemas Agroflorestais (SAF’s), que é uma
forma de produção agrícola e florestal que
tenta se aproximar ao máximo da dinâmica
e estrutura de uma floresta natural. Para a
implantação destes sistemas nas áreas dos
agricultores da COOPARFAC, foram realizadas
primeiramente reuniões de conscientização e
após essa fase, iniciou-se a etapa de cursos
teórico-práticos, e a seguir foi iniciada a
terceira fase do projeto, a escolha das áreas
de plantio. No ano de 2011, o plantio das
mudas foi realizado, orientado pelo croqui do
SAF estabelecido para cada área, e conforme
o cronograma de implantação das espécies.
As técnicas foram repassadas pela execução
prática das atividades, utilizando a estratégia
de transferência de tecnologia de praticar junto
com os agricultores, para que aprendessem
efetivamente a sequência de trabalhos a serem
desenvolvidos. Visando a validação da adoção
das tecnologias na implantação dos SAF’s
nas propriedades dos agricultores familiares
associados à COOPARFAC, em 2013, aplicouse
um questionário avaliando o êxito da
estratégia de transferência de tecnologia no
processo de construção do conhecimento.
Os resultados advindos do projeto podem ser
considerados como muito bons sobre todos os
aspectos e principalmente no que diz respeito
ao aumento de renda dos agricultores familiares
e a preservação ambiental, demonstrando que
a estratégia de transferência de tecnologia
de praticar juntos usada neste projeto de
implantação de SAF’s é eficiente como forma
de Construção do Conhecimento.

Abstract:
The Caroebe municipality, located
in south of Roraima state, has the largest
source of income for banana production. When
faced with marketing problems, producers
requested support for the development of other
crops. Embrapa proposed the implementation

of Agroforestry Systems (SAFs), which is a form of agricultural and forestry production
that tries to get as close as possible to the dynamics and structure of a natural forest. For
the implementation of these systems in the areas of COOPARFAC farmers, awarenessraising
meetings were held first and after this phase, the theoretical-practical courses
began, and the third phase of the project began, the choice planting areas. In 2011, the
planting of the seedlings was carried out, guided by the SAF sketch established for each
area, and according to the implementation schedule of the species. The techniques
were passed by the practical implementation of activities, using the technology
transfer strategy to practice along with the farmers, so that they learned effectively the
sequence of works to be developed. Aiming at validating the adoption of technologies
in the implementation of SAFs on the properties of family farmers associated with
COOPARFAC, in 2013, a questionnaire was applied evaluating the success of the
technology transfer strategy in the process of knowledge construction. The results from
the project can be considered as very good on all aspects and especially with respect
to the income increase of the family farmers and the environmental preservation,
demonstrating that the technology transfer strategy of practicing together used in this
project of implantation of SAF's is efficient as a way of Building Knowledge.
