O presente artigo é uma reflexão

crítica sobre o tema Transferência de Renda:

do debate à concretização no contexto

brasileiro a partir de uma revisão bibliográfica,

sobre o tema em foco. O interesse deve-se

às grandes transformações na economia,

com profundos rebatimentos sobre o mundo

do trabalho e nas condições de vida das

populações, especialmente, as mais pobres.

Com o desdobramento das transformações

econômicas, houve o agravamento do

desemprego e o incremento da pobreza

estrutural. A presente realidade inspirou

governos e intelectuais a indicarem os programas

de transferência de renda como alternativas ao

enfrentamento da pobreza e do desemprego no

cenário brasileiro. Desta forma, o artigo em tela

tem por objetivo principal, analisar as condições

e implicações da transferência de renda no

âmbito nacional. Com o propósito de analisar

a temática, recorreu-se a pesquisa bibliográfica

no intuito de compreender o papel que compete

à transferência de renda, no enfrentamento

da pobreza. Assim, diante das leituras obtidas

através de autores especializados no tema,

sinaliza-se que a transferência de renda

proporciona o acesso à bens e serviços,

anteriormente de difícil alcance, aos segmentos

mais fragilizados da sociedade.

Abstract:
This article is a critical reflection

on the topic of Income Transfer: from the

debate to the concretization in the Brazilian

context, based on a bibliographical review, on

the theme in focus. The interest is due to the

great transformations in the economy, with deep

repercussions on the world of work and the

living conditions of the populations, especially

the poorest. With the unfolding of economic

transformations, there was a worsening of

unemployment and an increase in structural

poverty. The present reality has inspired

governments and intellectuals to indicate

income transfer programs as alternatives to coping with poverty and unemployment

in the Brazilian scenario. In this way, the article on screen has as main objective, to

analyze the conditions and implications of the transfer of income in the national scope.

In order to analyze the thematic, we resorted to bibliographical research in order to

understand the role of transferring income, in the face of poverty. Thus, in view of the

readings obtained through specialized authors, it is pointed out that the transfer of

income provides access to previously difficult-to-reach goods and services to the most

fragile segments of society.
