Abstract: The objective with this work was to describe the state of the art of the Technique of Multiple Ovulation and Transfer of Sheep Embryos and describe the step by step of the technique referred to in field conditions. Embryo transfer was performed in the commercial herd at the city of Patos-PB. Thirty animals were used, 4 donors of Dorper racial pattern and 26 recipients without defined racial pattern. After the selection of the animals to be worked, a period of 40 days of adaptation and socialization of the group was carried out, which was conducted in semi-extensive management, receiving mineral salt, energy supplementation. Embryo transfer is a technique that allows improvement of genetic gain and productivity of the herd, besides allowing rapid multiplication of females of high genetic value, and genetic improvement of the herd, promoting increased productivity in a short period, so that it is necessary that the operational basis of the production unit is organized, with adjusted sanitary and nutritional management, so that we can maximize the results.
