Abstract: Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) has established itself as an innovative method for treating aortic stenosis, now encompassing low-risk surgical patients. This article presents a systematic review of recent studies, focusing on the efficacy, safety, and long-term outcomes of TAVR. The results indicate that TAVR offers significant advantages over conventional surgery, including a lower rate of complications and faster recovery. However, issues such as valve durability and procedure-specific complications remain areas of concern. The continuous advancement in techniques and technologies suggests a promising future for TAVR, with ongoing research needed to enhance clinical outcomes.
