TRAJETÓRIA POLÍTICA DA SEGURANÇA ALIMENTAR E NUTRICIONAL NO BRASIL
O presente artigo faz referência aos marcos históricos que influenciaram a trajetória da Política de Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional no Brasil, que começaram a surgir a partir da década de 30 com o inquérito promovido por Josué de Castro. Daí por diante, foram instaladas várias iniciativas governamentais de combate a fome, mas todas sem continuidade. Em 1985 surgiram as primeiras referências ao conceito de Segurança Alimentar, e em 1986 após a I Conferência Nacional de Alimentação e Nutrição, a construção dessa política ganhou mais força, com a criação da Ação pela Cidadania contra a Fome, a Miséria e pela vida e do CONSEA (Conselho Nacional de Segurança Alimentar) em 1993. Mas foi a partir do ano 2000 que foram surgindo políticas, leis e ações que destacaram a temática, levando a uma consolidação das políticas públicas nessa área e a redução dos graus de insegurança alimentar e nutricional no país. Porém após a posse do Presidente Jair Messias Bolsonaro em 2019, o CONSEA foi extinto comprometendo a garantia do DHAA (Direito Humano à Alimentação Adequada) em todas as esferas do governo.

Abstract:
This text refers to the historical landmarks that influenced the trajectory of the Food and Nutrition Security Policy in Brazil, which began to emerge from the 1930s onwards with the survey promoted by Josué de Castro. From then on, several government initiatives to fight hunger were installed, but all without continuity. In 1985, the first references to the concept of Food Security appeared, and in 1986, after the First National Conference on Food and Nutrition, the construction of this policy gained more strength, with the creation of the Action for Citizenship against Hunger, Misery and for life and CONSEA (National Food Security Council) in 1993. But it was from the year 2000 that policies, laws and actions emerged that highlighted the theme, leading to a consolidation of public policies in this area and a reduction in the levels of food insecurity and nutrition in the country. However, after the inauguration of President Jair Messias Bolsonaro in 2019, CONSEA was extinguished, compromising the guarantee of the DHAA (Human Right to Adequate Food) in all spheres of government.
