TRAJETÓRIA DAS MULHERES NO DIREITO BRASILEIRO
Traça um panorama das
manifestações presentes no direito positivo
brasileiro, a partir do século XIX, quanto a
apresentação do estatuto jurídico da mulher e
as acepções sobre a forma de concepção da
igualdade de gênero nos textos legais. Discute
o papel do movimento feminista e implicações
das reivindicações por inclusão de tratamento
equânime nos textos constitucionais e no
Código Civil.

Abstract:
This present article, intents to
give a panorama about the manifestations
present in the Brazilian positive law form the
19th Century about the presentantion of the
legal status of women and the aceptions about
the legal conception of genere equality in
legal texts. It intents to discuss the role of the
feminism moviment and implications of the
struggle for inclusion and equal treatment in the
constitucional texts and the Civil code.
