TRÁFICO DE PESSOAS (MULHERES) PARA FINS DE EXPLORAÇÃO SEXUAL: DESTAQUE DA LEI Nº. 13.444/2016 COMO AVANÇO JURÍDICO
Este artigo objetiva-se em evidenciar os avanços da lei 13.344/2016 de tráfico de pessoas, a qual trouxe maior proteção aos direitos fundamentais ou humanos das mulheres que são vítimas do tráfico de pessoas para exploração sexual no Brasil. Destaca-se que este crime tem como base a globalização, ou seja, a concentração de riquezas em determinadas regiões e miséria em outras, sendo esta disparidade o eixo da comercialização dos criminosos. Ressalva que a compreensão deste estudo surge com a pesquisa bibliográfica através de leituras em livros de teóricos como Castilho (2010), Telles (1999), Cunha e Pinto (2017) e as leis como a Constituição de 1988, lei nº. 12.015/2016 e 13.344/2016 e etc. Sendo que os resultados são entendimentos sobre os estudos jurídicos que são imprescindiveis a partir das necessidades sociais, para que a sociedade fique protegida com as garantias e efetivações dos direitos humanos. Assim, como a legislação 13.344/2016 que traz a teoria de confronto ao tráfico de pessoas por meio da prevenção e repressão ao crime e consequentemente na assistência às pessoas vitimadas.

Abstract:
This article aims to highlight the advances of the law 13.344/2016 on human trafficking, which brought greater protection to the fundamental or human rights of women who are victims of human trafficking for sexual exploitation in Brazil. It is noteworthy that this crime is based on globalization, that is, the concentration of wealth in certain regions and misery in others, and this disparity is the axis of commercialization of criminals. It emphasizes that the understanding of this study arises from the bibliographic research through readings in books by theorists such as Castilho (2010), Telles (1999), Cunha and Pinto (2017) and laws such as the 1988 Constitution, law no. 12,015/2016 and 13,344/2016 and etc. Since the results are understandings about the legal studies that are essential from the social needs, so that society is protected with the guarantees and realization of human rights. Thus, as the legislation 13.344/2016 that brings the theory of confrontation to the trafficking in persons through the prevention and repression of the crime and consequently in the assistance to the victimized people.
